Below please find the descriptions for each sponsorship level. To sign up for a sponsorship, just click here. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, May 12th!

TITLE SPONSOR (for additional sponsorship info, please contact the event co-chairs)

  • (1) Golf Foursome – with tee prizes, breakfast, lunch and post golf reception with refreshments & appetizers for each player.
  • Title sponsor banner at entrance to Golf Club.
  • Full page advertisement in event program with inside front cover placement.
  • Business logo onto front cover of event program.
  • Golf Cart Sponsor – Your business will be prominently recognized as the Sponsor for the Golf Carts with signage on each golf cart, in all printed materials, in the Event
    Program and verbally during the event.  You will also have the opportunity to have a table (if desired) in the Sponsor Pavilion where the golfers will be checking in as they arrive.
  • Choose also from any of the $1500 sponsorships including Margarita Bar, Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar, Beer Pavilion, Accurate Drive , Closest-to-Pin and Hole-in-One sponsorships. (specific details below).
  • Display space on-site for money booth, mobile van and/or other high visibility display.(Details to be confirmed upon sponsorship discussion).
  • Event marquee recognition at main staging area.
  • Meet & greet participants and distribute golf related items at the Sponsor Pavilion.
  • Business name on front page of news release pitched to multiple local news publications.
  • Prominent recognition whenever possible during media/public relations campaign.
  • Business logo posted in rotation onto homepage at www.eurekaschoolsfoundation.org
  • Inclusion in marketing materials leading up to event and following event that directly reaches nearly 2500 Eureka Union School District families by using the district’s Wednesday school folder distribution.

ACE SPONSOR (for sponsorship info, please contact the event co-chairs)

  • (1) Golf Foursome – with tee prizes, breakfast, lunch and post golf reception with refreshments & appetizers for each player.
  • Event marquee recognition at main staging area.
  • Meet & greet participants and distribute golf related items at the Sponsor Pavilion.
  • Program recognition & full page advertisement opportunity.
  • Business name on front page of news release pitched to multiple local news publications.
  • Business logo posted in rotation onto homepage at www.eurekaschoolsfoundation.org 
  • Inclusion in marketing materials leading up to event and following event that directly reaches nearly 2500 Eureka Union School District families.

EAGLE SPONSOR (for sponsorship info, please contact the event co-chairs)

  • Golf Ball Sponsor – Your business prominently recognized as the Sponsor for the dozen premium golf balls given to each golfer as they check-in, with event signage, in the Event Program and verbally during the event.
  • You will also be given the opportunity (if desired) to staff the station in the Sponsor Pavilion to distribute the golf balls to each golfer.
  • Business name included in news release pitched to multiple local news outlets.
  • Business logo posted in rotation onto homepage at www.eurekaschoolsfoundation.org
  • Inclusion in marketing materials leading up to event and following event that directly reaches nearly 2500 Eureka Union School District families.

MASTERS SPONSOR (for sponsorship info, please contact the event co-chairs)

  1. Lunch Sponsor – Your business will be prominently recognized as the Lunch Sponsor with a gourmet menu in all printed materials, signage, in the Event Program and verbally during the event.
  2. Awards Banquet Sponsor – Your business will be prominently recognized as the Sponsor for the Awards Banquet in all printed materials, signage, in the Event Program and verbally during the event.  In addition, we will work with you to customize the Awards Banquet (post golf reception) to include the opportunity for you to address the guests and help us create entertainment for the evening.

All Masters Sponsors will also receive:

  • Business name included in news release pitched to multiple local news publications.
  • Business logo posted in rotation onto homepage at www.eurekaschoolsfoundation.org
  • Inclusion in marketing materials leading up to event and following event that directly reaches nearly 2500 Eureka Union School District families.

BIRDIE SPONSOR – $3,000.00 (Act before Dec 31st and recieve $200 off the price!)

  • (1) Golf Foursome – with Tee Prizes, Breakfast, Lunch and Post Golf Reception with Refreshments & Appetizers for each player
  • Your business prominently recognized as a Sponsor and Participant in the event.
  • Business name included in news release pitched to multiple local news publications.
  • Business logo posted in rotation onto homepage at www.eurekaschoolsfoundation.org
  • Inclusion in marketing materials leading up to event and following event that directly reaches nearly 2500 Eureka Union School District families.

OTHER SPONSORSHIPS - $1,500.00 each

Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar Sponsor
The bar will be set up on the Practice Range.  You will have the opportunity to staff and host the mixing and distribution of Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa to participants as they warm up for the tournament.  Your business will be prominently recognized in all printed materials, signage, in the Event Program and verbally during the event.

Margarita Bar Sponsor (1 on each nine)
You will be given the opportunity to staff and host the Margarita Bar on one of the golf holes and distribute Margaritas to golfers as they come by your booth.  Your firm will be prominently recognized in all printed materials, signage, in the Event Program and verbally the event. (ONE SOLD, one available).

Beer Pavilion Sponsor (1 one each nine)
You will be  given the opportunity to staff and host the Beer Pavilion on one of the golf holes and distribute beer, water (and tequila, if desired) to golfers as they come by your booth.  Your firm will be prominently recognized in all printed materials, signage, in the Event Program and verbally during the event.

Accurate Drive Sponsor
Your business will be prominently recognized as the Sponsor for the Accurate Drive on hole #15 with signage, in all printed materials, in the Event Program and verbally during the Awards Banquet.  You will also be given the opportunity to staff the hold to explain the contest and distribute business cards and refreshments or golf related gifts to each golfer.

Closest to Pin Sponsor (4 available)
Your business will be prominently recognized as a Closest to the Pin contest Sponsor on one of the Par 3 holes with signage, in all printed materials, in the Event Program and verbally during the Awards Banquet.  You will also be given the opportunity to staff the hole to explain the contest and distribute business cards and refreshments or golf related gifts to each golfer.

Hole in One Sponsor (4 available)
Your business will be prominently recognized as a Hole in One Sponsor on one of the Par 3 holes with signage, in all printed materials, in the Event Program and verbally during the Awards Banquet.  You will also be given the opportunity to staff the hole to explain the contest and distribute business cards and refreshments or golf related gifts to each golfer.
